Refund and Cancellation Policy

DRP does not currently operate a general paid subscription or physical-goods store through the main website. If a future feature introduces a paid service, the applicable checkout or service-specific terms will control and will identify the price, cancellation process, and refund conditions before payment where required.

1. Blockchain Transactions

Blockchain transactions, network fees, and transfers may be irreversible once submitted. DRP cannot promise that an on-chain transaction can be reversed or refunded after network confirmation.

2. Service Failures

If DRP introduces a paid service and a material failure occurs, contact us promptly with the transaction or order details. We will assess the issue and any refund or remedy available under the applicable service terms and law.

3. Tokens and Rewards

Protocol rewards, testnet tokens, governance assets, or other digital assets are not automatically refundable purchases. Their availability and legal treatment may vary by jurisdiction. Nothing on the website promises future value, liquidity, or a guaranteed financial return.

4. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or limit mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your jurisdiction.
